INTRODUCTION

Social Sports Network is a startup operating with limited financial resources. Our growth depends significantly on referrals from members, their families, and their friends. Similar to how platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok expanded through strong community engagement, referrals will play an important role in building our network.

Your participation helps us grow the platform and move toward longterm sustainability. As the network develops and begins generating revenue, we plan to reward members who help expand the community through our referral program.

Our longterm goal is to increase referral rewards to up to $15 per active referral, depending on the financial performance and success of the platform. However, this amount is not guaranteed and may vary depending on available revenue and company resources.

When the platform becomes profitable, members may benefit through referral rewards and other incentive programs. To qualify for referral rewards, both the referring member and the referred member must complete the registration process and maintain active participation on the platform

In certain cases, the company may issue partial payments or early referral bonuses before the standard program cycle ends if funds become available. However, all payouts remain dependent on the financial capacity of the company.

To promote transparency and trust within the community, some members may also be featured as reference participants on the website. This may include displaying the participant’s name, profile photo, and basic profile details as a testimonial to demonstrate that real members are actively referring others and participating in the program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sign up and refer your friends and family to earn dollars in cash.

Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Referral Program: Referral bonuses may be issued once the platform generates sufficient revenue or secures investment, advertising partnerships, or other funding sources.

2.Eligibility for Payment: Payments will be issued only to the registered participant associated with the referral account. Referral credits cannot be transferred to another person unless permitted by the company.

3. Transaction Fees: Participants are responsible for any applicable payment processing fees, banking charges, or currency conversion costs.

4. Referral Bonus Structure: Participants may earn $2 in referral credit per active referral.
To qualify for potential payments, participants must refer at least five (5) active members.

5. Payment Method: Payments may be issued through digital payment platforms, bank transfers, or other electronic methods approved by the company. Physical cash payments will not be provided.

Unavailable Payment Countries: We do not provide payments to individuals residing in countries where payment transfers are restricted or prohibited by applicable laws or regulations (e.g., Afghanistan or North Korea). In such cases, no payment obligation shall arise.

6. Both the referring member and referred members must maintain active status on the platform. Activity may include logging in, interacting with platform features, or participating in community activities.

7. . Referral Ownership: Only the first verified referrer who successfully registers a new member will qualify for the referral credit.

8.Referral Requirements: The company reserves the right to adjust referral requirements, limits, or bonus structures when necessary.

9. Program Updates: Terms, conditions, and bonus amounts may be modified based on the company’s operational or financial circumstances.

10. Referral Tracking:Participants are encouraged to keep records of their referrals to help resolve potential tracking issues.

11. Program Duration: The referral program may operate in cycles determined by the company. Program duration may change depending on the development of the platform.

12. Active Referral Rule: Referral credits are awarded only for members who remain active.
Example: If a participant refers 1,000 members but only 300 remain active during the program cycle, referral credits will apply only to those 300 active members.

13.Verification: The company may verify referral activity to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the program.

14. Referral Reference: Participants acknowledge that the company may display their name, profile photo, and basic profile details on the website or promotional materials as a testimonial or reference to demonstrate legitimate participation in the referral program.

15.Program Changes: The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its discretion.

16. Fraud Prevention: To protect the integrity of the platform, the company may request identity verification, IP verification, or other validation methods. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or disqualified.

17. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 15 years old to join the platform. Participants under 18 may require assistance from a parent or legal guardian for payment processing.

18.Program Nature: This referral program is promotional and rewardbased. Referral credits do not represent guaranteed income.

19.Time Frame Our target is to pay off the balance in 5 months (asap), with a maximum term of 36 months.

20.Transpar ency: Referral credits are promotional incentives, and payment depends on the company’s financial ability to distribute rewards.

21. Taxes: Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes required under the laws of their country of residence.

22. New Member Requirement: Referred participants must be new users who have not previously registered on the platform.

23. Agreement: By participating in the referral program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
