When it comes to players, each team has 11 players. It is made up of one goalkeeper and the rest are the outfield players. The pitch dimension of the field depends upon the ground but it’s commonly 120 yards long and 75 yards wide. On each pitch, there is a 6-yard box that is next to the goalmouth, an 18-yard box that surrounds the 6-yard box, and a center circle. Every half of the pitch has a similar image in terms of dimensions.
Generally, a football match needs a pitch and a football as the main equipment. In addition to that, players are required to wear a proper uniform like football boots, shin pads, and matching strips. As for the goalkeeper, they certainly wear padded gloves as they are the only players allowed to handle the ball of the game. Aside from having, 11 members, each team has its designated captain.

To score in football/soccer, the ball must go into the opponent’s goal that the whole ball is by the line for a valid goal. Players can make a goal using any of their body parts as long as they are not using their hands, they can either use their arm, shoulder, or feet.
